Baculite. Canadian ammolite.

Origin:   Bearpaw Formation , Alberta , Canada.

Size:  Approx. 210x90x33mm 834g  Approx. 8.268"
Geological Time:  Cretaceous Period, + /- 71,000,000 years ago. 

This baculite is a beautiful specimen.   One side of the fossil has red, greens, yellows and hints of blue in a chromatic color shift.  The second side is red, green with hints of yellow and also shifts in color.  The fossil is very large for baculite and full bodied with excellent ridges.  

 Will make an excellent desk or shelf display!

We take the photos outside under the sunlight most of the time,but sometimes under indoor yellow lights or LED lights.   Stones have different reflection spectrum of colors and this can vary based on the lighting you are viewing them under.

Refund Policy:  Returns are accepted within 2 weeks of being delivered to your home.  Items must undamaged and returned in the same condition we shipped them to you.  Shipping is non refundable.
