裏面は縫合線　　　（タイプ（ceratite）セラタイト）

下記の表を見ていただくとわかりやすいですが
セラタイト類は進化して絶滅したのが早かったので生存時期が短いアンモナイトです。

縫合線は、その複雑さにもかかわらず、同じ種類ではきわめてよく似ています。おなじグループの縫合線は共通点をもち、進化とともに、その仲間の特徴を残しながらしだいに複雑になっていきます。ひとつの個体をとってみても、成長初期は比較的単純な、その仲間の古い形の縫合線をつくりますが、成長とともに複雑になっていき、ある程度成長するとその種独自の縫合線の形をつくるようになります。縫合線は、アンモナイトを分類したり、進化の歴史をさぐる上できわめて重要な鍵となります。

裏面の縫合線と縫合線の種類を比較したいのですが、セラタイトに近いように見えます。セラタイト目からアンモナイト目に進化する途中でしょうか。。。全く興味深いです。。。
