We take the photos outside under the sunlight most of the time,but sometimes under indoor yellow lights or LED lights. Stones have different reflection spectrum of colors and this can vary based on the lighting you are viewing them under.

Refund Policy: Returns are accepted within 2 weeks of being delivered to your home. Items must undamaged and returned in the same condition we shipped them to you. Shipping is non refundable.

Please note: If package is lost in mail we can issue in store credit only no cash refunds. Shipping international can take time depending on the time of year and other factors. At least 12 weeks after the package is shipped must have passed before in store credit will be issued for lost packages.
