This high grade Costatum ammonite fossil has a full rainbow of colors from purple, blue, red, green, yellow, orange and ultra rare gold.   The gemstone has a chromatic color shift as you change angles so the greens become turquoise and blues. The reds change into yellow and oranges as the fossil is moved.   This is truly a stunning and beautiful fossil.   The fossil is uncompressed and full bodied.  Both sides of the fossil have a rainbow of colors and the color shifts.

This is a museum grade fossil and will be an excellent addition to any collection.

The fossil is 100 percent original with no added pieces from other fossil’s. 

Complete fossils are very rare and valuable. 
It is a perfect 70 million year old specimens.

Geological Time: Cretaceous Period, + /- 71,000,000 years ago.
